Festival essentials

I know I may be slightly late with this one as Glastonbury is over but this weekend we are super excited to be going to Camp Bestival as a family, my boys are beside themselves! Busy planning the Rockstar themed outfits this week, my two love an excuse to get dressed up!

I am by no means a camper but here are a few things that will make it into my bag this weekend.

As you know I love my hair products and am not quite sure how i’m going to cope in a tent all weekend with no electricity?!! I may have to embrace my straight locks!

This little time to shine bag by Percy & Reed is perfect and includes a few of my favourite products plus an added extra treat,  the hair fragrance which I think I will need to use a lot of at the weekend! At only £20 I may even have to get some more for when I head off on holiday as they are perfect carry on sizes. If you haven’t tried the wonder balm you must as it is a game changer, it primes your hair ready to be styled, leaving it with a healthy and glossy shine. The session hold hairspray is fab to, keeping your style in place but not leaving it crispy and frozen like some hairsprays do. I am a little odd and do not go anywhere without a hairpsray in my handbag, I love to have a little sprtiz when I’m out and about as it gives my curls some volume, this minuture is the perfect size to carry around on the go.

I love a black ankle boot, they are pretty much my year round style. One of my summer go to’s is the trusty ankle boot with a little dress, Kate Moss style! You will have seen this pair by Seven Boot Lane appear on my Instagram feed a lot, they are the comfiest I have ever owned and I find the curved cut flattering on the ankles, they have worn well and will see me through season to season.
