Feather and Bone collaboration

A couple of weeks ago I got the chance to work on a brand collaboration with two of my favourite ladies, the effortlessly cool stylist Victoria Genevieve and the fabulous blogger Emma from SaltyAirSunkissedHair. It was a no brainer as not only do I already love the brand Feather and Bone and regularly stalk their instagram feed but working with ladies who inspire you is just so much fun!
The location for the shoot was inside Emma’s beautiful home, she has the most amazing taste and between shots I couldn’t help admiring her eclectic fashion book collection. A few of these are now on my Christmas list!!
We were each asked to style the newly launched Lou dress, which is a beautiful little black dress, who doesn’t need an LBD in their wardrobe right?! I always seem to be drawn to black around the Christmas season as it is the perfect canvas for those sparkle and bling details. I’m a bit of a magpie and get drawn to sparkly things so when styling this dress I went straight for the Topshop glitter heels and Soru tassel earrings. What do you think of the look?  How would you style the Lou?
I found the dress super comfortable as the pin tucked cumberband was a perfect detail to hide my mum tum and all of the food I will consume over the festive period! The back of the dress is stunning with a deep v and button detailing, nothing is sexier than a subtle skin show.
You can get 10% off online using code stylemum10 at the checkout, click here to add the Lou to your party wardrobe.
I also shot this stunning silver slip dress, this is an absolute statement piece and I loved it so much it is now in my wardrobe!! The material is the perfect weight which hangs in just the right way. I styled this with a lace t shirt from Topshop but you could also wear with a band tee or a high neck sweater. The Toga boots give it the perfect edgy finish.
